Two parts. The upper block is the media-law disclosure Austria requires for regularly updated editorial sites (§ 25 MedienG) — fill the placeholders. The lower block is the editorial/liability disclaimer, already drafted to match this project; review and adjust.

Media-law disclosure (§ 25 MedienG)

Media owner: Name / entity and address — as Impressum
Ownership / shareholdings: Who owns the medium; any stakes held
Editorial direction / leadership: Who is responsible for content

Basic editorial direction (Blattlinie): Underreported News is an independent, non-partisan editorial index that surfaces topics whose global importance exceeds the media attention they receive. It weighs importance against reach across four categories — underreported, forgotten, shadow and archive — and aims to direct attention toward overlooked but consequential developments. Adjust to your own words if you wish.

Editorial method & liability

The scores on this site — importance, reach and the resulting push factor — are editorial assessments, not statements of fact about a topic's objective importance. They express a considered judgement and may be revised.

Entries are tagged by type. STUDY and DEBATE items reflect single studies or open, unresolved discussions and are not presented as established fact; where relevant, a counter-position is noted.

Content on this site is not investment, financial, legal or medical advice. Entries concerning financial or health matters describe a state of reporting and do not constitute a recommendation.

For shadow entries, where independent access is suppressed, only the last verified state and the fact of the information blockade are documented — never claims about the present situation.
